Marina Docking Facilities - Includes One Boat Sticker (May 15-October 15)

Requirements Include:

• Category A, B, C or D of the membership application must be completed.

• A copy of your NYS boat registration and documentation of a Mastic Beach property tax bill is required

• Boat length, boat width, and boat registration number is required

• Boats over 20 feet are $60 per foot.

• Boats 20 feet and under are $1200.

• Surcharge for non-11951 residents $100

CATEGORY E: Boat Trailer - Includes a Boat and Trailer Sticker.

• Category A, B, C or D of the membership application must be completed.

• A copy of your NYS boat registration and documentation is required

• You may launch your boat and you may pull it out as many times as your wish.

• Ramp Use: $60

• 8.75% Sales Tax $ 5.25

• Total Ramp Fee $65.25

A complete application and payment must be received by February 15th or you will lose your boat slip or dock. After February 15th, your slip or dock will be reassigned. Bulkhead slips and private docks are not transferable. Stickers will be issued to members who own a car, boat or trailer and who have paid the appropriate fees.  Stickers must be permanently affixed to your car, boat or trailer. Lost sticker charge is $25. Boat owners should have private insurance. MBPOA is not liable for any damage or theft.

Daily use: $25
Seasonal use: $125

Extra Car Sticker: $5.00 ea
